Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant logistics certification required.
• 2+ years of logistics, warehousing or supply chain experience.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and local distribution for supply chain flow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock takes, ensure 8S safety standards.
• Manage RMA processes and prepare export shipment documentation.
• Process supplier payments and ensure timely invoice settlements.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports with insights.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
