Job summary

HS GROUP seeks a Logistics Coordinator (Chinese Speaking) in Singapore to support import/export operations in our regional supply chain. Based in Jurong East, you will handle permit declarations, cargo clearances, and carrier bookings, using Mandarin with China clients.

You will work with customs officials and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearances and accurate records. Requirements include at least 2 years in permit declaration and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in permit declaration role.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Familiar with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of air/sea terminal clearance operations.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Handle import/export permit declarations and track shipments.
• Book truck docks and clear air cargo at terminals.
• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records for import/export activities.
• Communicate with China clients in Mandarin.
• Support logistics team to meet KPIs.
