Job summary

Hao Ren Hao Shi Limited in Singapore is seeking a Senior Operations Executive / Assistant Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operations team and support community distribution events.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and logistics planning, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure efficient distribution. Diploma or equivalent is required, 3–5 years in warehousing or logistics, forklift and Class 3 licences, and willingness to weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or operations.
• Experience in team supervision or people management.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently.
• Possess Forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to work on weekends for distribution events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse and operations team.
• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock movement and inventory management.
• Plan and manage logistics and manpower for our weekly distribution events.
• Assist and supervise the pick & pack of goods for distribution.
• Work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure smooth distribution events.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as required.
