Job summary

Humanize Logistics, a Singapore-based logistics provider established in 2016, invites you to join as a Customer Support & Servicing Officer to manage customer service, warehouse coordination, and transport operations for timely deliveries.

This role requires clear English and Mandarin communication, familiarity with WMS/TMS, and the ability to coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams; salary SGD 1,800–2,500 monthly, 5.5-day week, Changi South.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship are welcome.
• Minimum 1 year of logistics/coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication.
• Strong data entry and documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide shipment updates, delays, and POD.
• Process orders and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with warehouse teams.
• Plan vehicle dispatch and monitor GPS/telematics for timely delivery.
