Job summary

SANY SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage documentation, certification processes, and daily import/export sea freight operations from Singapore. You will prepare essential documents and coordinate cargo tracking with clients and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in shipping/logistics, strong English/Chinese communication, and solid knowledge of Incoterms. Jointly you’ll ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chinese and English for drafting and organizing internal reports.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain or related field required.
• At least 3 years in shipping/logistics operations with Incoterms knowledge.
• Strong planning, time management, and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Certification management and coordination with authorities.
• Oversee import/export operations and sea freight between Singapore and regions.
• Prepare import/export documents: B/Ls, invoices, packing lists, CO, SI, ISF.
• Coordinate cargo tracking and provide updates to clients.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely distribution.
• Handle other related tasks assigned by superiors.

-Documentation & Certification Management

Responsible for collecting various documents, liaising with runners, and following up on the Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) certification process.

-Import & Export Operations

Manage daily import and export sea freight/cargo operations between Singapore and other regions.

-Document Preparation

Prepare various import/export-related documents, including but not limited to: booking notes, Bills of Lading (B/L), commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin (C/O), volume calculations, loading plans, Importer Security Filings (ISF), and Shipping Instructions (SI).

-Cargo Tracking & Communication

Coordinate and follow up on cargo shipment progress, and promptly provide shipping documents and related information to clients.

-Warehouse Coordination

Maintain close communication with the warehouse department to ensure timely distribution and delivery of goods.

-Other Tasks

Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Industry Knowledge & Resources: （Incoterms）；Familiar with Incoterms; possesses certain connections or coordination resources with Singapore port officials
• Language: Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages effectively to draft and organize internal reports.
• Preferred Background: In-depth understanding of shipping and logistics operations
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations
• Competencies: Flexible and able to work independently; strong organizational skills with excellent time management
• Communication Skills: Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Office Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
