Job summary

Forter is seeking an Implementation Engineer in Singapore to own the successful delivery of integrations for new and expanding customers. You will lead projects from kickoff to go-live with strong stakeholder alignment and a clear view of business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex multi-stakeholder projects for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time.
• Strong organizational skills and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Build, maintain, and drive project plans, identify risks, and course-correct.
• Lead governance with customer stakeholders and maintain senior relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Analytics.
• Translate progress into insights to meet fraud prevention needs and hit go-live dates.
• Track project health and contribute to playbooks and processes.
