Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Drive revenue growth in the Singapore ERP market by identifying new opportunities.
Schedule meetings to present updates and gather client feedback.
Collaborate with in-house analysts and consultants to provide solutions for new requirements.
Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing accounts.
Meet accounts' performance KPIs as agreed with management.
