Job summary

Aspire is hiring for a customer success / sales-oriented role in Singapore. You will champion customer success, drive seamless experiences, and translate customer insights into actionable product feedback.

You will work across teams to uncover growth opportunities and maintain strong relationships with both partner-led and self-serve customers. The role emphasizes Mandarin-speaking clients, a self-directed, ownership mindset, and a passion for fintech.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or other client-facing roles.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; familiarity with China's business culture, regulatory environment, or fintech market is a plus.
• Self-directed builder who creates structure from ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Eager to help customers thrive in fintech and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Champion our customers' success — be the trusted advocate for businesses acquired through our partner ecosystem and self-serve channels, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize ROI.
• Drive exceptional experiences — partner across departments to remove friction and deliver seamless experiences that delight and inspire loyalty.
• Amplify the customer voice — shape our product roadmap by capturing customer insights into actionable feedback for leadership.
• Unlock growth opportunities — master consultative selling by understanding each customer's evolving needs and presenting solutions that drive value and expansion revenue.
• Own the relationship — maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and pipeline progress while delivering data-driven insights for forecasting.
• Deliver white-glove support — respond quickly to needs, troubleshoot complex issues, and build relationships that turn customers into advocates.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese — communicate seamlessly with our growing base of Chinese-speaking customers.
