Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams, including performance management and team development.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering high-performing teams.
• Background in early-stage B2B startup environments focused on enterprise clients.
• Experience gathering and analysing integration requirements with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Team in Singapore, driving the delivery of a scalable integration strategy as the platform grows.
• Collaborate with the Head of Applications to align local delivery with the global CFA strategy, ensuring technical consistency.
• Act as line manager for Singapore engineers, conducting performance reviews, supporting career development, and coaching.
• Design and implement normalisation or standardisation layers for rapid deployment of new integrations.
• Create workflows that manage data flow between the platform and various integration types.
• Solve complex technical and data challenges from large-scale datasets to empower clients with transparency and control.
