Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Proven track record of fulfilling high acquisition volume; strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
