Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead medical recruitment across NHG clusters in Singapore. You will design strategies to attract medical doctors, including overseas trips, and manage branding and sourcing channels.

You will track recruitment metrics, oversee vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical recruitment or healthcare talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in international medical recruitment.
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Strong understanding of medical recruitment compliance and regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Experience in managing recruitment vendors/agencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NHG Brand Lead to establish NHG as the cluster of choice for all potential joiners (including Medical students).
• Design a sustainable medical recruitment plan to meet NHG Hospital BAU operations and support cluster strategic initiatives, including sourcing strategies and ATS setup.
• Effectively hire medical doctors including planning and leading overseas recruitment trips.
• Support Lead in tracking TA performance indicators and reporting to Senior Management/Hospital Management.
• Manage recruitment agents to ensure effective yield of medical doctors.
• Develop sourcing and engagement strategies beyond recruitment agents (advertising in medical journals, engagement of schools, professional societies, referrals).

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work with Cluster HR Brand Lead on establishing NHG as the cluster of choice for all potential joiners (including Medical students). This includes design and procurement of collaterals, recruitment booths, use of social media.
• Work with team lead to design a sustainable medical recruitment plan to effectively meet NHG Hospital BAU operations and support cluster strategic initiatives. Plan includes Specialists and non-Specialists and should include sourcing strategies and include set-up of an effective ATS
• Effectively hire medical doctors including the planning and leading of overseas recruitment trips.
• Support Lead in the tracking of TA performance indicators including time to hire, cost of hire, quality of hirers and achievement of hiring targets. Results should be reported to Senior Management/Hospital Management on a regular basis
• Manage recruitment agents to ensure effective yield of medical doctors
• Come up with sourcing and engagement strategies beyond recruitment agents. This includes advertisement in medical journals, engagement of schools, professional societies, internal staff referrals etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
