Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Human Resources professional to lead healthcare talent acquisition efforts in Singapore. The role focuses on shaping employer branding, developing recruitment strategies, and building strong talent pipelines across nursing, pharmacy, and allied health disciplines.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to identify workforce needs, analyze recruitment data, and implement innovative sourcing channels while enhancing candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience.
• Healthcare talent acquisition experience is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment strategy development and talent acquisition management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data analysis and recruitment reporting.
