Job summary

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify target tenants and actively pursue new trade and tenant mix to maximize rental revenue and optimize occupancy rate.
