Job description

An established international energy company is seeking a Manager, Project Finance to support its regional business development and investment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial modeling, structuring, and executing financing solutions for energy and infrastructure projects across Asia.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be working in a team of 6 staff. He / She will be responsible to drive the development of project finance models, structure and evaluate financing solutions, and produce financial proposals and documentation to support strategic decision-making and external negotiations

Additionally, he / she will collaborate closely with project and business development teams, provide financial insights and recommendations, assess financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and coordinate with external advisors and consultants as required to support project execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience in project finance, preferably within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector, LNG infrastructure, wind power projects, banking or financial institution
• Working experience in building financial models from scratch, maintain / tweak existing models.
• Proven experience in project evaluation, and stakeholder engagement with banks or financial institutions.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
