Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance operations, policy servicing or administrative processing is preferred.
• Candidates with strong administrative/operations experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process daily policy servicing transactions accurately and within required turnaround times (TAT).
• Handle client information updates, including personal particulars and contact details.
• Process policy changes, such as premium frequency/payment method changes, beneficiary nominations, reinstatements and assignments.
• Process policy payouts, including maturity, surrender and withdrawal payments.
• Ensure service standards and processing timelines are met.
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant business procedures and regulatory requirements.
