Job summary

PIL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior logistics professional to manage and grow relationships within WCA and other global freight forwarder networks.

You will represent the company at international agent conferences and events, promoting PIL as a preferred destination/origin partner for inbound, outbound, and cross-trade business. The role requires identifying and onboarding new overseas agents aligned with trade lane strategy, generating agency-driven sales opportunities,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant shipping experience.
• Highly numerate with good analytical thinking and quantitative skills.
• Self-driven with ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & people management.
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
• Willing to Travel when required.
• Appointment will commensurate with experience.

• Act as key escalation point for agent service, commercial, and dispute-related issues.
