Job summary

LOGISTEED SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to identify customer needs, prepare quotations, and support account management in freight and logistics. You will coordinate onboarding and keep stakeholders informed throughout the post-sales process.

The role requires 2–4 years in logistics sales support, strong communication, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with CargoWise knowledge as a valued advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support in logistics or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, jargons and regulations.
• Organised with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs, tenders and related documentation.
• Support Outdoor Sales and Key Account Managers with onboarding and account management.
• Coordinate onboarding and handover of accounts, ensure post-sales activities are communicated.
• Maintain CRM updates and keep cargo rate data current in CargoWise.

Job Description:

• Identify customer needs and business opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, RFQs, tenders and other related documentation in accordance with Company SOPs.
• Support Outdoor Sales and Key Account Managers in the implementation, execution and management of new and existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate the onboarding and handover of accounts to relevant departments, and ensuring all post-sales activities and service commitments are properly communicated and implemented.
• Support Network related rate requests and work towards providing the optimum cost
• Build a strong client relationship and manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers
• Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all matters are handled appropriately.
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and customer data confidentiality standards.
• Ensure CRM is accurately updated in a timely manner and maintain proper updating of rates in CargoWise (operating system).

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 - 4 years of experience in sales support in logistics / freight industry or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build positive relationship with all stakeholders
• Proven knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry jargons and regulations
• Organised with an attention to detail
• Proactive and a problem-solving mindset, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior hands-on experience using CargoWise is highly preferred / a strong advantage.
