Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a contract role focused on curriculum development and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in training material creation and program management, working with a variety of corporate clients.
This role entails overseeing learning journey delivery, assisting in the impact measurement framework, and customizing learning experiences to fit different corporate tiers. A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related experience are required.

Grow curriculum through the identification and curation of content and partners that fits the Curriculum Pillars (Leadership, Innovation, and Energy for Peak Performance) and promise of experiential and immersive learning experiences which are impactful to the Learner.
Create course collateral (e.g. program flyers, brochures) and create or adapt content for multiple marketing channels and funnels (e.g. website, EDMs, client pitches).
Work with Marketing team to organize monthly learning demo sessions, marketing events to showcase curriculum and curation capabilities to existing and potential clients.
Craft learning experiences that may be in-person or virtual, real-time or asynchronous, and learning journeys that may encompass hybrid and/or blended learning experiences.
Customize learning journeys based on curated content/partners from the Leadership, Innovation, and Energy for Peak Performance areas as appropriate for different tiers of Learners (e.g. emerging leaders, experienced leaders, C-suite, etc.), with an appreciation for different learner personas.
Oversee delivery of learning journey for Learners, in partnership with content partners who are responsible for content delivery, in in-person or virtual settings, synchronously or asynchronously.
Manage the overall interactions between company and B2B clients (L&D/HR professionals in corporates, multinationals & SMEs) and Knowledge Partners (IHLs, corporate training firms, and boutique training firms).
Assist in building company impact measurement framework (e.g. skill assessment, “certification” processes) and processes.
Contribute to the development of company’s vision of impactful learning experiences which reimagine self‑paced online learning experience while leveraging the explosion in EdTech and related platforms, such as virtual reality.
Bachelor’s Degree required; research, work experience, certification or graduate school qualifications in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Dynamics, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or similar fields a plus.
At least 6 years of experience developing and/or administrating training material with executive training and/or innovation skills building programs.
Preferred experience with managing across multiple geographic locations in a virtual context.
Knowledge of learning community and training suppliers in the leadership, innovation, and energy for peak performance areas a plus.
Experience working in corporate environments; exposure to startup environments a plus.
Training design and delivery skills.
Strong organization and client/account management skills, specifically in written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
Facility with digital and social platforms for conferencing (e.g. Zoom) and collaborating (e.g. MIRO, Mural).
Agile team player with ability to work independently in a start-up like environment, solution orientated (enjoys creative problem solving) with passion and curiosity for learning, good initiative.
