Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a Temp Asst Mngr/ Mngr (Planning & Training Development, SSTA) in Singapore for a 6-month assignment. The role focuses on planning and delivering learning initiatives across multiple zones, balancing operational needs with development goals.

Key tasks include analytics-driven training improvements, quality assurance for accreditation, and managing WorkStudy programmes. The candidate will lead blended learning solutions and support global staff development efforts.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce policies and programmes.
• Experience in curriculum design, facilitation and assessment for coaching, learning or training.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration by building partnerships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields and relevant WSQ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute training initiatives balancing operational and learning needs, including coordinating WorkStudy Diploma trainee distribution across zones
• Support research and benchmarking studies for learning initiatives and industry best practices
• Manage quality assurance for accreditation requirements and workplace certification processes
• Review training analytics and implement documentation systems to track effectiveness
• Support policy reviews through data-driven insight
• Design and execute blended learning solutions leveraging data analytics and adaptive technologies to meet diverse learning needs
• Support global knowledge exchange programmes through strategic overseas and local attachments, ensuring meaningful learning transfer
• Support WorkStudy programme implementation, including OJT task list design and learner progress monitoring and organising cohesion activities
• Manage learning platform operations and system enhancements through regular user feedback and technological updates
• Support workplace learning transformation initiatives through innovative approaches and digital solutions
• Support implementation of learning analytics frameworks to measure programme effectiveness and guide improvements
• Support systems implementation and resource optimisation to enhance training delivery
• Coordinate development of integrated training environments that facilitate modern learning approaches
• Implement analytics projects to generate insights for training enhancements
• Manage system integration initiatives to ensure seamless learning experiences

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development is preferred (4-5 years)
• Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing policies and programmes.
• Experience in design of curriculum design, facilitation and assessment in the areas of coaching, learning or training and development.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative efforts by buildingpartnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in: Business, Sport, Sport Management, Social Science, Learning & Development, Coaching, Education and Instructional Design and any relevant studies
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), Graduate Diploma in Workplace Learning, Graduate Diploma in Adult Learning, Graduate Diploma in Coaching or their equivalent
