Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. We regulate safety and lead the built environment sector, inviting resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals to help shape Singapore's built environment.

You will oversee day-to-day contract management of outsourced facility management services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and professional certification in project management, building, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in project delivery or capital works management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Exposure to data-driven decision making or Smart FM-enabled planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contract management of outsourced facility management services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Identify and scope infrastructure improvements, asset renewal, space optimisation and capital projects based on asset condition assessments and insights from smart FM data.
• Plan, budget, and schedule capital projects including coordination with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from procurement to site supervision and project close out.
• Track project expenditures, analyse trends, and provide insights for cost optimisation and future planning.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement, financial procedures, and internal governance processes.

[What you will be working on]

Oversee day-to-day contract management of outsourced facility management services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and contractual obligations

• Projects: Identify and scope infrastructure improvements, asset renewal, space optimisation and capital projects based on asset condition assessments and insights from smart FM data
