We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the Accreditation and Licensing role. In this role, you will provide the overall operational management direction and leadership for the Accreditation and Licensing department. You will be responsible for developing the hospital's management systems to meet the hospital's accreditation and management standards requirements, and implementing controls to ensure regulatory compliance, such as the non-clinical aspects of the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), relevant ISO standards and applicable international and local standards.
The individual would scan and implement best practices in management standards, document control, and internal audits. To facilitate an effective management system, the individual will develop and conduct training programmes and oversee the supporting IT systems (e.g. e-Audit).
You will be required to lead tabletop exercises and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and independent auditors toensure licensing readiness. Your scope will also include monitoring evolving regulatory changes and advise leadership on preparedness measures and ensure compliancewith national standards and regulatory requirements.
