Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd invites a dynamic Accreditation and Licensing professional to support Eastern General Hospital (EGH). The role focuses on developing management systems to meet accreditation standards and implementing controls to ensure regulatory compliance across national and international frameworks.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and auditors, lead tabletop exercises, and monitor evolving regulatory changes to ensure licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in healthcare Accreditation and Licensing is necessary
• Additional internal/external auditor certifications would be an advantage
• Team player with excellent planning and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the unit head in operational management direction for Accreditation and Licensing
• Develop and implement the hospital's management systems to meet accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance (HCSA, ISO, and other standards)
• Lead tabletop exercises and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and independent auditors
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on preparedness measures to ensure licensing readiness
