Job summary

Eastern General Hospital (EGH) invites applications for the Accreditation and Licensing role. You will provide overall operational management direction for the Accreditation and Licensing department, developing management systems to meet standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead audits, training, IT systems oversight, tabletop exercises, and liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and auditors to maintain licensing readiness amid evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare Accreditation and Licensing is necessary.
• Additional internal/external auditor certifications would be an advantage.
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and growing organisation.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational management direction for the Accreditation and Licensing department.
• Develop the hospital's management systems to meet accreditation and management standards.
• Implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance, including HCSA and ISO standards.
• Lead tabletop exercises and coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
• Oversee supporting IT systems (e.g. e-Audit) and training programmes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on preparedness measures.
