Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare Accreditation and Licensing is necessary.
• Additional internal/external auditor certifications would be an advantage.
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and growing organisation.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the unit head in the operational management direction for the Accreditation and Licensing department.
• Develop the hospital’s management systems to meet accreditation and management standards; implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Scan and implement best practices in management standards, document control, and internal audits; develop and conduct training programmes; oversee IT systems (e.g. e-Audit).
• Lead tabletop exercises and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and independent auditors to ensure licensing readiness; monitor regulatory changes and advise on preparedness measures.
