Job summary

BYJ RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a capable on-site supervisor to manage daily operations, supervise service staff, and ensure service standards. You will handle guest complaints, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate with reception, bar and security to maintain smooth service flow.

The role requires leadership, 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, and the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer skills for attendance/records will be needed.

Responsibilities
