Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel and events operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across the venue and rapid response to incidents. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, crisis management and decisive leadership under pressure.

You will lead shifts, deploy manpower, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, handle escalations and service recovery, and guide frontline staff to uphold service standards during rotating,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, events or large-scale operations.
• Experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar operational leadership position preferred.
• Strong team leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a large-scale, fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work independently and make decisions during operational incidents.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
