Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Singapore seeks a financial reporting professional to assist with group FP&A tasks. Responsibilities include creating financial reports, data migration, and using Power BI and SAP tools effectively. Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience and a strong analytical mindset. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required as well as advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, building & tailoring group financial reports.

  • Assist with UAT and data validation.
  • Review & streamline consolidation templates.
  • Create group financial reporting for financial statements.
  • Build management reports for FP&A.
  • Troubleshoot issues in reports during data migration.

Job description

Overview

To assist with creating, building & tailoring group financial reports accordance with IFRS & SGX requirements. To support on FP&A assignment at group level.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating, build & tailoring group financial reports
  • Assist with the data migration of accounting system (data cleansing - checking historical data and reconciliation before upload)
  • Assist with UAT and data validation before system goes live
  • Review & streamline consolidation template e.g. consol pack, management reporting with reports generated from new SAP system
  • Assist to create group financial reporting for financial statements and notes to the accounts in accordance with IFRS and SGX requirements
  • Assist to create and build management reports for FP&A
  • Troubleshoot any issues in new creation reports during the data migration and system goes live
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experiences in Group FP&A especially in FMCG industry, financial reporting and knowledge of group consolidation
  • Understand intermediate accounting concepts & well versed in IFRS
  • Experience in Group FP&A Listed Companies/ MNCs and hands-on experience in Group FP&A and Business reporting tools
  • Experience in Power BI tools and able to streamline and automate related work process is high preferred
  • Knowledge in using SAP S4 Hana & SAP Group Reporting is a MUST
  • Strong on Power BI Tools and hand-on to create reports
  • Proficient in MS-Office application especially for Excel (Advanced) and knowledge in Power Query and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese
