Job Responsibilities

• Participate in training and perform duties across various departments, including Service, Kitchen, and Support Functions.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations through structured rotational assignments.
• Learn from senior and experienced team members to understand the methods, procedures, and standards required for excellent performance.
• Progressively acquire the skills needed to manage day-to-day restaurant operations effectively.
• Understand, acknowledge, and work toward performance goals and objectives set by the management.
• Continuously review individual performance and development progress with your supervisor and management team.
• Upon completion of fundamental training, set new development goals and career objectives together with management.
• Provide operational support to various departments when required.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma in any discipline.
• Applicants with relevant experience in related fields will have an advantage; however, fresh graduates without direct experience are also encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Service, or related areas.
• The role requires daily interaction with Chinese-speaking and non-English-speaking guests in a Chinese restaurant environment, ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential skill.
• Successful candidates required to participate in employer's overseas branches for training.
