Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd is seeking an Outlet Manager in Singapore to oversee daily operations and lead the outlet team. You will partner with the Area Manager on strategic plans and ensure service excellence while managing costs, compliance, inventory, and staff scheduling.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. This position offers a hands-on environment in a fast-paced food outlet setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
• Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
• Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet’s goals
• Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
• Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory controls
• Train and retain outlet staff
• Manpower recruitment and scheduling to achieve optimal productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed
• Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
• Regular review to improve cleaning standards, food safety and sanitation
• Perform any duties which may be assigned from time to time from superior
