Job summary

Club Chinois is seeking a motivated restaurant service staff to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. You will ensure supplies and stocks are adequate for daily operations and support smooth service to achieve high guest satisfaction.

You will also maintain an attractive, orderly outlet appearance, keep staff informed on promotions, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, customer service, and revenue, with flexibility for ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
