Job summary

DOCSG PTE. LTD. is seeking an outlet operations lead in Singapore CBD to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth service.

The role focuses on maintaining service standards, handling customer feedback and complaints, managing inventory and costs, and ensuring health and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through service standards and feedback monitoring
• Professionally address customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory to prevent over- or under-ordering and ensure stock availability
• Monitor wastage and food costs to protect profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, sanitation and employee safety protocols
• Respond quickly to staff, customer, or operational issues as they arise

Job description

- Location(s): CBD

- Working Days: 6 days/week

- Working Hours: 11am to 11pm (2 hrs break)

Job Description & Requirements:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.

- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the outlet is well-stocked without over-ordering.

- Monitor and control wastage and food costs to maintain profitability.

- Ensure that the outlet complies with all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene, sanitation, and employee safety protocols.

- Ability to think on your feet and resolve problems quickly, whether related to staff, customers, or operational issues.
