Job summary

GOUGH RECRUITMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Operations Officer to support the daily operations of a major shopping mall and mixed-use asset.

The role focuses on tenant relations, operational coordination, customer experience, and vendor management to ensure smooth mall operations. You'll coordinate activities with facilities teams, conduct area inspections, support promotions and events, and prepare operational reports to inform decision-making while maintaining high presentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shopping mall operations, retail property management, or tenant relations.
• Proven experience working with retail tenants in a shopping mall environment.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily mall operations to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
• Act as the primary contact for retail tenants on operational matters including fit-outs, handovers, and reinstatement works.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and tenant spaces to uphold presentation standards.
• Collaborate with facilities teams, contractors, and service providers to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor tenant compliance with mall rules, regulations, and operational requirements to ensure adherence.
• Support tenant engagement initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in operational planning for promotions, events, and festive campaigns to enhance mall activities.
• Prepare detailed operational reports, incident logs, and management updates for informed decision-making.
• Support budgeting processes, invoice processing, service contract administration, and vendor coordination to optimize operational efficiency.
