Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a friendly Concierge in Singapore to deliver outstanding customer service and help visitors enjoy a seamless mall experience. You will engage shoppers, answer inquiries, and provide directions with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will handle gift redemptions and promotional tasks, manage feedback, respond to calls, and assist tenants. This role requires flexibility for a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced mall environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
• Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
• Handle complaints and suggestions
• Manage and update the database daily
• Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5-day work week on a rotating shift basis)
• Working Hours: 11:15 AM to 9:00 PM
• Rest Days: 2 days off per week, based on the rotating roster
• Work Schedule: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
