Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Customer Service/Concierge professional to manage daily desk operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and support marketing campaigns. You will assist shoppers, staff and guests with exceptional service while coordinating administrative tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and a Diploma or Degree. Experience with Excel and MS Office is advantageous. Weekend shifts and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in retail mall or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Able to multitask and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately at the Concierge Desk.
• Attend to enquiries, feedback, and requests from shoppers, staff, guests.
• Support mall marketing activities and promote the Rewards Loyalty Programme to shoppers.
• Provide administrative support to the Marcom team including gift redemptions and inventory monitoring.
• Handle mail sorting, deliveries and office supplies inventory.
• Prepare reports using CRM and MS Office applications.
• Ensure smooth operations of the Customer Service and Concierge Counter.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

• Support mall marketing activities and promote the Rewards Loyalty Programme to shoppers.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Marcom team, including gift redemptions, inventory monitoring, and corporate events.
• Handle mail sorting and deliveries and manage office supplies inventory.
• Prepare reports and perform general administrative duties using CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ensure smooth operations of the Customer Service and Concierge Counter, including handling service requests and feedback.
• Perform ad hoc duties, projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, ideally within the retail mall, hospitality, and/or airline industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• First aid and AED training is advantageous.
