Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our Concierge Team. Responsibilities include assisting shoppers and tenants, handling enquiries, and supporting gift redemptions and promotions at the mall.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a fixed-term role with a 3-day workweek, located at Somerset MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and tenants with their enquiries and providing timely, professional support.
• Manage administrative duties relating to gift redemptions, mall promotions and gift voucher sales.
• Receive, record and manage customers' feedback, both written and verbal, and ensure they are properly addressed.
• Attend to incoming calls and respond to general enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Support the daily operations of the customer service counter.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
