Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking friendly concierge team members to assist shoppers and tenants with enquiries, delivering timely, professional service and creating memorable experiences.

Work at Jurong Point with a 12:00–21:30 shift and a 3-day-per-week commitment; we welcome candidates with at least a GCE N-Level and 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and tenants with enquiries and providing timely, professional support
• Manage administrative duties relating to gift redemptions, mall promotions and gift voucher sales
• Receive, record and manage customers' feedback, both written and verbal, and ensure they are properly addressed
• Attend to incoming calls and respond to general enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Support the daily operations of the customer service counter
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
