Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of plant equipment. Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the petroleum or oil and gas sector. Overview

Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Boon Lay

Working Days: 5-day work week

Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary: Up to $4000 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
• Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
• Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
