Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee electrical and automation systems at our Jurong West facility. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safe, efficient production.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering and 2–3 years in heavy manufacturing, with IPC/PLC knowledge and drive systems; driving license preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic or mechatronics engineering or related field.
2–3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing.
Hands-on automation system experience including troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Experience in steel manufacturing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of IPCs, PLC programming, drive control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Lead and supervise technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of plant machinery.
Develop, plan, and schedule maintenance activities for safe, reliable plant operations.
Manage spare parts inventory to prevent operational delays.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for parts procurement and maintenance services.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and productivity.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
