Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join a stable MNC with a strong investment in IT. You will manage end-to-end IT service operations, identify and resolve incidents, and provide Level 2 support for onsite users related to M365.

You will also administer desktop tools including endpoint and email security, Defender exposure is a plus, and experience with ticketing systems like BMC Remedy will help you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with M365 / O365.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service operations by identifying, logging, and resolving technical incidents to minimize business downtime.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for onsite users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues relating to M365.
• Administer global desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security, and mobile device provisioning.
