Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Helpdesk and Concierge Engineer to act as SME within the service desk, delivering first-level IT support via phone and remote tools.

You will administer Microsoft 365 environments, manage user accounts, mailbox configuration, and resolve M365 related issues while coordinating with second-level teams.

The role emphasizes incident classification, timely updates to customers, and ownership of cases through to resolution in a dynamic APAC tech environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience providing first-level IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
• Serve as SME for Microsoft 365 environments and train team members.
• Liaise with second-level support on product enhancements and issues.
• Update shared repository with changes in area of focus.
• Classify and prioritize incidents, tracking progress and updates.
• Maintain ownership of cases until closure with accurate documentation.
