Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide end-user assistance for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID environments in a Singapore-based role.
The candidate will deploy devices, onboard users, and support migrations related to Entra ID and Intune implementations, while resolving authentication and access issues and maintaining asset records. A diploma/degree in IT and 2–3 years of desktop support experience are required.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Desktop Support or End User Computing experience.
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, MFA and Conditional Access.
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application support within SLA.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, authentication, MFA, and access-related issues.
- Deploy and manage Windows devices, software, and patches.
- Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration in Entra ID.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
- Support endpoint migration, testing, and post-migration user support activities.
