Job summary

BEMEC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead all M&E QS matters on a project-by-project basis.

You will manage tendering, cost planning, procurement, and post-contract administration while ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance. The role requires strong experience in M&E quantities, tendering, and contract administration, with the ability to work independently within a multi-disciplinary team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Lead on all M&E Quantity Surveyor related matters.
• Responsible for full suite of M&E QS duties from tender to post-contract administration.
• Formulate procurement strategy; prepare tender documents cost plans; administer tender; evaluate tenders.
• Review variation orders; assess costs; process progress payments and final accounts.
• Collaborate with Project Team to provide cost and financial advice and contractual support.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all M&E QS related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and evaluate cost plans, bills of quantities, and procurement documentation.
• Review contracts, variations, progress payments, and final accounts.
