Job summary

Mille Green M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, procurement and financials across multiple construction projects. You will prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions.

The role includes variation order management, final accounts, site measurements and close liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to safeguard project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Review quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage variation orders (VO) and additional works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and profitability.
• Handle subcontractor accounts and payment claims.
• Prepare project costing and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
• Assist in contract administration and other QS-related duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
