Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions including Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare tender quotations with take-off, materials/subcontractor outsourcing and costing.
• Interpret specifications and contract documents.
• Source new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze and negotiate costs for tenders and cost control.
• Measure quantities and cost estimation.
• Prepare bid clarifications with consultants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
