Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is recruiting for a construction role focusing on quantity surveying and tender work. You will assist in tender submissions, measure quantities and prepare cost estimates, and liaise with suppliers and contractors to assess proposals and quotations.

You will be responsible for timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data and unit rates, and for coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate costing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the construction industry (M&E).
• Must be self-motivated with a professional attitude and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of tender submission.
• Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation.
• Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation.
• Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate.
• Liaise, communicate and work with Sub contractors/vendors/supplies.
