ELITEZ & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support M&E projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on cost control, tendering, and value engineering to ensure project success. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and have 3–5 years of M&E QS experience. The position involves reviewing drawings, preparing take-offs, and managing progress claims and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, M&E Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E works.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor packages.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage progress claims, payment certifications, and valuations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and expenditure.
