Job summary

ADEN M&E PTE. LTD. requires a Site Supervisor to oversee electrical activities and oversee crew on project sites in Singapore. You will schedule, assign, plan and supervise performance, coordinate with M&E trades, and ensure safe working conditions while reporting to the Project Manager.

The role demands hands-on leadership, timely reporting, and effective liaison with contractors, with readiness to handle after-hours work as required by project pressure and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and arrange workers on project sites.
• Knowledge of measurement and jacketing.
• Lead technical investigations for rectification works.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification or ad-hoc jobs.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Carry out maintenance or repair work as assigned.
• Perform physical work during peak periods.
• Work after hours when required due to pressure.
• Schedule, assign and plan electrical shop personnel.
• Plan work and equipment usage; report delays to the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Saturday/Sunday work and occasional overnight shifts.
• Monitor progress and report daily site activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe workplace conditions.
• Assist in material inspection, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate M&E works with other building services.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, progress, and inspections.

Job description

• Carry out any other maintenance or repair work assigned
• Willing to do physical work in peak working period.( Partition work , Ceiling work etc)
• Ready for work after work time due to work pressure
• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule Report and highlight project-related issues, changes, or delays to the internal project team Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and health (WSH)regulations, and site environmental standards
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes in a clear and timely manner.
• Saturday and Sunday work and sometime overnight work
• Monitor work progress and report daily site activities to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the workplace.
• Assist in material inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural, and other building services.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, work progress, inspections, and site activities.
