Job summary

JAS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor and General Foreman to oversee daily mechanical and electrical installations on site.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, safety standards, and project schedules while leading a team of technicians, foremen, and workers. Responsibilities include coordinating with main contractors and consultants, supervising electrical systems and fire protection, inspecting progress to meet milestones, and promptly resolving

• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specs.
• Manage and lead technicians, foremen, and workers, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Oversee project progress to meet milestones and conduct site inspections for quality control.
• Identify and resolve technical problems and site clashes promptly to minimize delays.

M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Supervisor and General Foreman bridges management and site workers, overseeing daily installations (electrical) to ensure compliance with drawings, safety, and schedules.
Supervise daily M&E site activities, electrical systems and fire protection.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants to ensure seamless work flow.
Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
Manage and lead technicians, foremen, and workers, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring.Oversee project progress to meet milestones, conducting site inspections to ensure quality control (e.g., SSOC/BCA/SCDF standards).
Identify and resolve technical problems and site clashes promptly to minimize delays.
