Job summary

BEST EMPLOYMENT is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee M&E installation works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, project requirements and local safety regulations.

The role involves monitoring daily and weekly progress, reviewing drawings, coordinating with main and sub-contractors, and enforcing quality while maintaining on-site safety. You will lead trades personnel, manage equipment, and address on-site technical bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and coordination of M&E installation works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Progress monitoring: track daily/weekly schedules, update progress, and resolve site-level bottlenecks.
• Drawing & Technical Review: review mechanical/electrical drawings, interpret blueprints, coordinate design adjustments with main/sub-contractors/consultants.
• Team & Resource Management: assign daily tasks to trades personnel and leadmen, monitor performance, enforce quality, manage equipment schedules.
• Safety & Compliance Enforcement: ensure strict on-site safety and compliance with building regulations.
