Job summary

MEPTECH ENGINEERING AND SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive M&E Site Supervisor to lead on-site coordination of electrical, mechanical and ELV works on construction projects in Singapore.

You will supervise installation, monitor progress against drawings and schedules, ensure safety and compliance with BCA standards, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works on construction sites to meet drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure M&E installations align with schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and project teams for smooth execution of M&E works.
• Ensure M&E works comply with BCA regulations and Singapore standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and safety.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements before implementation.
• Resolve coordination conflicts between architectural, structural and M&E works.
• Ensure WSH compliance on site.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and inspection records.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Oversee installation, testing and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Maintain strong site coordination and communication with authorities as required.

Job description

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical& Electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuringcompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&Einstallations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards .
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors,subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with BCAregulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements .
• Conduct regular site inspections tomonitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved methodstatements.
• Review and verify shop drawings,material submissions, and method statements before siteimplementation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues andcoordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&Eworks.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with workplacesafety and health (WSH) regulations on site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports,progress updates, and inspection records .
• Supervise testing and commissioningactivities for M&E systems.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, andhandover of M&E services , including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing,fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Strong site coordination, supervision, andcommunication skills.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections,approvals, and compliance where required.
